★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed got over charged tonight for a double stack and no chips when I got home we were the only people there in drive thru staff were just standing around talking when I gave the two young lady's the McDonald code for my order they went totally off track from what I asked for asking me if I wanted a drink i said no thank you just the two burgers and chips then she repeats herself and says what about a drink with the other burger.... How about not being so rude and money hungey & just get the order right ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was throughly disappointed with my order. I had ordered a double quarter pounder and a crispy chicken almighty large combo with a banana shake. The burgers where nice and made expectedly. The chips where Luke warm and definitely not fresh. My drink was a quarter empty and I didn't get my banana shake at all. Quite disappointing. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered on multiple occasions however the food is always cold and today I was in the drive thru at the window closest to highway and wasn’t served for over 10 minutes with others going through and getting served on the other window I then reverse and place my order and I then get home and my order is wrong. Absolute disgrace charged me $19.40 when I was given $15 meal come on guys. You shouldn’t put a new staff member on the drive thru on a public holiday when of course it will be busy. Can confirm I’m not going back there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop was nice and clean. Staff very friendly. But my big mac was the worst I have ever had. Someone way over did the special sauce and that was all I could taste. Not very pleasant at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm disgruntled with the time it takes to get 1 burger through your drive through and then I get home and it was cold I'm only a two minute drive away. There was no receipt with it as well ??? this is not the first time I've been disappointed in your service and friends have been as well. Your Bell Block establishment is underperforming comparing it to other McDonald's I don't know if you need better training or staff. All I know is I prefer to drive to another McDonald's than the Bell Block McDonald's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 30mins to get food and another 20 to get our drinks. Twice staff approached us to say we couldn’t have the frozen drinks we ordered and asked us what we wanted instead but we still had to go and ask for our drinks as we wanted to leave already. Took another 5mins to pour 5 soft drinks.
Didn’t plan to spend over an hour for a quick burger stop. Quiet empty restaurant so not sure what the staff were doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the staff were friendly and the meals were okay I have had some food missing from my orders, on separate occasions. The staff were all good about it but it shouldn't really happen in the first place. More training needed perhaps??
