★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucked around, was told car would be towed and even organised it a day prior for it not to be done, was not phoned to be known of hold up with towing, was told 8:30-9:00am but 10:51am still no truck onsite, worst service, gave them a call, guy on the phone a smart arse and not helpful at all and tried to offer a refund, Use another towing company guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was impounded unlawfully through this service, poor manner, unordodox suggestions due to a short fall in a service he did not fully provide , refused to allow access to my vehicle to grab personal belongings also threatened me with the porirua police.
Due to the nature of what occurred I will be taking this further also I advise anybody that was had there car impounded through this company to have it fully checked over.
