This is not common in modern retail.
Their objective is to make their clients look good with the best quality goods at the best price. The merchandise ranges from the need of youngsters casual clothing to the professionals high end suits

I bought 2 items for my husband back in Australia while I was over visiting family just recently. When I got back, unfortunately the items were too small. Noel went above and beyond what any small business, (or even department store for that matter)would do and happily exchanged the items for me and return posted them back to Australia.
I’m so incredibly grateful that there are still stores around that care about the customers. It’s truly appreciated Noel, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start? McKnight & Brown had some of the best service out there for a mens clothing shop. I'm a bigger guy and they had no trouble sorting me out with a suit for my wedding.
Roger and the team were extremely professional, kind and were in constant communication with me about the suit. Would highly recommend to others!
