★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my iPhone 5s in for a screen repair. Was told it would cost me $120. When I went in to collect my phone I was told it was going to cost me $180. Obviously not happy at all. The manager offered to give me the screen for cost price $150 ( now I have worked in IT repair before and know for a fact cost price would not be anywhere near this) OR my alternative was that they would send it back and get my broken screen put back on. Neither option being good I had to cough up the extra cash. Total shambles
