★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in Tuesday the 26th of November to schedule maintenence for my bike, and since I knew bike shop service schedules can get pretty busy, I asked how long it would take before I could get in.
The staff member said, "Oh I can get you in Thursday", which surprised me. We filled out the appointment details and I asked, "When should I bring the bike in?" and he replied, "Either in the morning or the day before.
I was busy Wednesday, so I took time off the morning of Thursday the 28th to bring it in. When I arrive, a different staff member tells me my appointment is not for this Thursday, but next Thursday the 5th, and I couldn't be helped.
I find it disappointing that I wasn't given the correct date, as I had been putting off maintenence for over a year because of the time and savings required to get it done. It meant alot to me...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! Booked in for a simple sealant and suspension top-up, received a call shortly after to say my front brakes were shot and need replacing. I said I couldn't afford it right now but they phoned back and offered to replace them free of charge so that I my bike is safe out on the road.
Really appreciate it team, I'll see you for an upgrade soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my bike service there recently and it was a full service, $1,400 worth. A few weeks later I hear an enormous crack and lose all drive. The pedals turned but the rear cassette did not turn the wheel. On a closer inspection the through bolt for the rear wheel had come loose and that had broken something in the drive train. Took me over an hour to push the bike back to the car.
I will probably be told that I should check all the bolts before each ride but seriously, how many people do this. Wheels should not come loose so soon after a full service. I have bought two bikes from here but I will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and asked if I could bring in my bike for puncture repair, they said yep, sure, bring it today no problem.
They didn’t ask me any questions about what kind of bike or anything over the phone. I went through the trouble of taking the bike over only to be told that the manager said we can’t do this bike, no clear reason given… could be because it has a rear hub..? I said I was happy to leave it and wait until the next day or more, but they quickly said no sorry, and suggested I go to the other bike store nearby…
Well thanks for nothing..
