★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Torpedo bikes has manufacturing defects, like, easy to remove front wheel with out any tools, and not secured. Please Torpedo management look into this . Few bike wheels are stolen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately due to covid reasons the staff was making customers driving around town for the right size pants. Don't do stock transfer between store for customers due to covid. Yet online exchange happens all the time during covid. Unfortunately there's also many other outdoor stores your customers cam choose over you. Go Kathmandu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought some camping shelves at New Market Torpedo7 store for click and collect as website said they had it in stock. One week later and the order still isn’t ready for pick up so I won’t have the shelves for camp trip. Unfortunately Torpedo7 haven’t sorted out their website even after years of it showing incorrect information.

Wow just wow super new complex with shops still opening left right n center, this part of Westfield is only one wing of the total mall. looks like its two whole city blocks once fully open, paid parking n free 1st 2 hours via a new nation wide parking app.. got everything plus more n more once fully open..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was out of stock of some things, so they ordered it in from their warehouse for me to pick up in store which is great -- except only one item from the order showed up. Manager refused to order the rest in for me, wouldn't transfer stock, and wouldn't even tell me which stores did have stock ?
Instead he gave me a store credit. Didn't help that the manager (Santosh Acharya?) felt the need to stare at my chest the entire interaction!!! Was indiscreet enough to make both my partner and I deeply uncomfortable.
Poor service. Won't be returning and will be sure to encourage others to shop elsewhere too ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place but the attitude here was a bit grim today. I suppose it was a Tuesday morning during first week of COVID traffic light red but it was so quiet. Luckily that worked out great for getting the Christmas shopping done and playing on the rooftop playground! The kids love the tunnels, the grassy mounds, the stepping trunks, and circumnavigating the peripheral of the playground. Lots of seats for adults and surrounded in greenery (and food outlets!). High quality toilets and change room.
