★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have been a regular customer but unfortunately after spending $500 for minor repairs to car, within 3 days the 'new tyre' deflated so took it back and was charged $20 to check it. A couple of days later something sounded like it was going to blow up so we very slowly made our way back from glen eden to pakuranga. we noticed the belt that had been freshly replaced by moons the week before was destroyed. we took it back to moons the next day because we were on the way to a family funeral and waited for them to open. The manager insisted it was the fault of the car, that it had shredded the belt(???) we insisted on getting them fixing it and getting the $20 returned for faulty tyre. The manager said it was not their fault but ours. about ten days have passed since then, surprise surprise our car has NOT shredded the new a/c belt so I guess it was in fact bad workman ship???!! The tyre has deflated slowly twice but we are so disgusted with the standard of care and honesty with the manager and his workers and Moons we would rather pay for another new tyre because we don't know what they will do to our car this time. Very disgusted and disappointed with the standard of the mechanic who did this work in the first place, but more importantly of the manager who should know what sort of workers he is employing and blaming customers for his own shoddy work. NOT RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could give them 0 stars if I could. They were meant to fix my dad's car breaks and they made them worse! We almost died on the road towing a campervan in a gorge because of them. They take no feedback well and give horrible service! Pay more money for professionals that do the job correctly and well!!! Go at your own risk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have had 2 jobs done here, and both jobs, car is worse off, could have caused a bad accident on the motorway, unfortunately now i dont trust there service, happy when the job is paid, but the moment you question anything, very defensive, and argumentative! If i could give a 0+ i would. and talking another language in front of you, very intimidating and not professional, NOT RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place a couple of times since it was called Moons motor and I always experiencing that the owner (Simon) is rude which he don’t know how to say “THANK YOU”. They get the job done but poor quality. One time they fail my wof as the headlights need to be restored, They charged for $60 for both and the chemicals was spilled all over the engine bay and not even cleaning it. Not going back to this place!
