These guys are the real deal - listen to their recommendations and don’t scoff when things cost more than $5 - prevention is better than cure. I’ll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Ross run some diagnostics on an issue that didn't leave any fault codes. Ross did a great job and reported thoroughly on the diagnostics, even sent me the reports from the scan. Ross ended up making some adjustments which corrected the issue - car has been fine since. Very knowledgeable team who are dedicated to BMW cars. Thanks.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Greg who was very reassuring and informative from the moment I had enquiries through to when my vehicle was being worked on.
Even gave a great recommendation of using Pakuranga auto trans for towing of my vehicle who provided excellent service as well.
I was kept informed of the entire process and was quoted pricing before work was carried out.
I'll definitely be coming to these guys with my BMW from now on. I felt my car was left in great hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i've been here a bunch of times, these guys are wayyyy better than any other mechanic i've been to!! they're really friendly, great at explaining things, honest and they keep you well updated. the customer service is so so good!! my service adviser was kevin, he always does a great job and shows me exactly what he's done. the only downside is they only work on beemers and minis so i can't tell everyone i know to come here!!
