Don't waste your time servicing your vechile here. They charge you top tchnician fess for an amature's job.
I had bad experience twice - the problem was not solved by charged like an wounded bull. Even after paying for investigation, so called specialists could not fild the problem.
Very bad communication too - you won't know when you would receive the vechile
Took the vechile to another mechanic, got it fixed for the half of the investigation price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I look forward to when my car needs a service as the atmosphere is incredible. The service advisor Don is hilarious, sometimes he gets a a bit weird with his jokes but other than that I love the coffees and impeccable service standard of this dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for help on tyre puncture, email+call to the service rep, and followed up with reception but no one answered after a whole day. very arrogant attitude and poor after-sales service! think about it before you buy! I’d give a zero star if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had servicing done on our car including a tyre replaced and wheel alignment. It was notable that the car was not driving straight after the alignment and servicing. The steering wheel was very skewed and driving was unbearable. Had to call in to advise and rebook, taking more time. Paid premium price for the service, but poor workmanship. We are scarred from going back for any servicing.

They washed the car outside alright. but they did not vacuum my car properly. it still dirt in there and did not clean . Look like they did not do any thing . I don't believe how the service is so bad.
this is Mercedes, and a luxury one .How could it happen. So that should be improved ...
