★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no reception staff on the desk so people have to just assume they know what theyre doing when they get there. When staff do appear every 15-20 minutes they arent friendly and come off rude. Also I waited 40-50minutes in line just to get told that the bloods I needed they couldnt do them there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have regular blood tests and IV’s elsewhere, so think that I am able to fairly compare. Extremely poor technique, no gloves, palpating with bare finger after swabbing, and also unsuccessful. Won’t ever go back.
