★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took trousers in to be shortened. Had to take them back as they were not done as I had asked. Gentleman argued with me & told me they would look stupid if I had them as I wanted. Very rude.I will not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed with the "finishing" of my alterations - very little attention to detail, so much so that I will be getting the alterations re-done elsewhere. I would add that the response to my concerns & overall customer service was less than satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get name labels put in a new suit and shirts. The quality of the work done was appalling. A hand written label was sewn into each item ruining a brand new expensive suit. Very disappointed and upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with the customer service. The item was lengthened longer than I had asked, when I took it back they flat out denied that it was longer than I had requested. Once I showed them with the tape measure I was told my measurements I requested were ambiguous and that the 1/2 inch longer doesn’t really make that much difference. Not the point, nor not true. For the remainder of the conversation, I was blamed and received no apology or refund. They fixed the item of clothing but after much resistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julian always marks or pins the desired alteration, you have the opportunity to view in a full length mirror and discuss it before taking off the garment. I have used his services for about 5 years, for all kinds of alterations and have always been happy with the result. Will continue to recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste your time with getting alterations done here. They clearly can’t follow instructions we needed to get our duvet fixed as there was a rip on the back of the duvet and they somehow sewed the front and back together ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the trousers for shortening and specifically mentioned the length should be 36.5 inches (not 36 and not 37 but 36.5). To my surprise, the trousers were shortened to 38.5. Since the length was written as 36.5 in the receipt, I msg him back hoping he would redo and fix it.
Guess what, forget about acknowledging the error, the gentleman questioned me instead and said ".....where did you come with 36.5, we give extra length for shrinkage, please wash your trousers and measure again.....".
Gentleman did offer to redo it for free though, but I politely declined. I'd have certainly got it redone by him if he had at least acknowledged the mistake, but I lost trust.
He is nice and friendly though but needs a few lessons on customer service. You should always do the alterations exactly as per the customers measurement and not assume that the fabric is going to shrink 2 inches. Hope u take this feedback in a professional and positive way.
