β β β β β This place was rip off!!!
Had very good opinion about them, went today first time to do B service and WOF on my E class. Service is done and they failed WOF said have to change brske pads. Car is done 51000 and brake pads were chenge recently.
I went to other Mercedes-Benz dealer and they said its no any chance brake pads have to be replaced as my sensors were not on and they also said condition brake pad condition is good.
I came back to them and they were told mechanic to come and explain and I realised they doing that only to get money out of Mercedes owners. They don't do any measures with any devices and they said they only estimate if something has to be done.
My car is in immaculate condition and very well looked after and this was clearly rip off. Customer service was so poor and I will never go there back again!

β β β β β Booked an appointment to replace car parts. Got told it will take 2 hours. It actually take 5 hour and half hours. What's the point of making appoint if you are going to take a whole day anyway. Could have just let me know and other than telling me another half hour. Not impressed.

β β β β β Traded in our old Volvo XC90 for a 2017 GLC220 and thrilled with both the car and the service. Rhys was excellent, very attentive and made the deal work for us. It's not very often you have a car salesperson who anticipates most of your questions, which indicates a good grouping in the motor industry and superb training. Two weeks on and still thrilled with the car and the service from MBNS.

β β β β β I don't recommend North Shore Mercedes Benz. The sales team and administration are rally not trained properly. I have not seen such an impolite staffs anywhere else while when you buy a S Class which is the most expensive model in their store you need proper treatment in return and not mocking you around and forget about after sales service. They only might be nice to the customers before the car is sold and after that some of them which I experienced impolite, aggressive and very low class.
also they are not trained how to make the documentation and 2-3 times mistake is really a lot for Mercedes Benz
also some of the items I left in my traded in car by them was lost by them and they did not take any responsibility
Also the manager of the store after I complaint took no action in response to my communication..
If you buy a normal car of $30-40K you will be given a present but in this store no gift and no polite treatment. I don't recommend this store and better to try other branches.
