I signed a contract with deposit to purchase a BMW 328i GT. On a temporary hold, they sent another contract to the finance company for a completely different car. I've never seen the car and never said I'd do it with it. In fact, it's okay to get finance because it's not belong to the car’s name, but the amount. I understood it, It could be that the communication is wrong.
However, they suddenly said weird things about the car I was going to buy. They said suddenly the car broke down and it started and then it didn't, then the words kept changing. When we said we'd see and decide for ourselves, they said they sent it to another workshop, and then changed their mind that they had already disassembled the parts.
Simply. It was weird.
On the day we signed the contract, the car was in good shape and was in very good condition and came at a much lower price than the market price.
Reasonably, they might be worried about selling a broken car. As they say, they can't sell dangerous things to customers.
Maybe they saved me. If I have an accident on the road, it's a really big deal.
Or, they might not want to sell that with cheapest price even signed done. Lol
Definitely, it wouldn't have been so strange if we could have seen the condition of the GT for ourselves. We also said that we would take any risks ourselves. But they never showed the car after they said they won’t follow the contract :(
I definitely think the car will be uploaded to the market in 3 months in good condition with a high price of over $5000 added.
