★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't get a great vibe from this place to be honest. Money takes priority over care, they wouldn't operate on my dog with a $700 deposit for $1200 worth of surgery, so I was forced to drive her 400km to my local vet, who actually has a heart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would've given no stars if possible. Since this clinic has expanded the lack of customer service has been atrocious. While the owners of the clinic have been great to deal with, the lack of compassion for both the animals & their owners by the rest of the staff has been very distressing. If you love your animals & it's possible, take your pets somewhere else for care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really helpful staff who go above and beyond to get the best for your pet. Treated my cat kindly and as an immunocompromised individual I really appreciate the lengths they've gone to to keep you and your pets safe at the clinic even as we have moved in and out of alert levels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had two visits with Belinda now and she is lovely. Our dog gets quite nervous but she handles him really well and for the first time today he didn’t have any bad responses to his examination. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best vet ever. Have been taking my dog Max there for 13 year. Everyone has been kind,friendly and professional. Last week we had to put Max to sleep. They were thoughtful,caring and did everything to make it a peaceful and loving time in Max's final moments. Both my son and myself were so impressed with Tim's kindness.They took care of the cremation as well. . Thank you ?

Found the place very tidy and clean, front counter staff were friendly and the vet (Belinda) was so good with my wee man. Friendly, gave helpful advice and answered a couple of questions I had. Was really welled priced as well - will definitely be taking my animals back here. Keep up the great work team!
