★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a total shambles from start to finish. The communication, lack of follow up, ability and professionalism of this company is unbelievably poor.
I've had so many issues with Metropolis Property Management Chch, I decided to bring the issues to the attention of their parent company, (who offers a package deal approach when purchasing homes from them) and I haven't had a response from them either, (which is more disappointing than the disaster that Metropolis is).
My properties are now with another property management company and already, there are polarizing differences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE CHOOSE TO DEAL WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!I was offered a property from this company a week ago via email and text.The property manager I dealt with apparently walked of the job a few days later.I got an email from the junior property manager to say that the previous manager hadn't done full due diligence a and the likelihood of getting the property was very slim.Please take into account that my rental history is excellent.The junior property manager has no idea how to deal with upset clients ..I was extremely upset. You cannot affect people's lifes like this and then act like you just want them to go away without even trying to redeem yourself!!! what an absolute waste of time, giving people false hope!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a townhouse through metropolis and while the tenancy itself was fine, felt overall communication lacked especially following up issues on the brand new building. BUT since leaving over a month ago we’ve had no updates on bond refund which our property manager was supposed to organise, and trying to track her down had been a nightmare. Only to find out she has left and the refund forms didn’t even get sent through to officials... great. Bad communication and they did not seem to care when I finally got in contact with someone from the company. Won’t be dealing with them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a house under this property management company, must admit that initially they were pretty easy to deal with, but soon realised they were not the so helpful. Specially when we told them that we would be moving out as we bought a property. Rather than the company we felt like it was the staff member that we were dealing with, she tried her best to hang on to the bond, was very rude through out the moving out process, told us to refer to a bond saving list which we were never given with the documents we initially signed. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent company to deal with. Candi Bruce was my property manager and was always great with communication and dealt with any issues promptly and fairly. Property was really well presented with excellent fittings and equipment. Would recommend.
