Metalman was recently acquired by Phoenix Metal Recyclers in July 2021; together we are now the largest privately owned NZ Registered Limited Liability Company, wholly NZ owned and managed. We offer metal recycling, waste, demolition and de-construction services to commercial, industrial and trade customers, and also to the general public. The dual brand business now offers recycling services nationwide across 9 locations within NZ. Our core business is metal recycling. The metals we recycle are extracted from our demolition projects or collected from our branches and customers via drops offs and our bin distribution service. We sort, grade, process and package the metals for export to be recycled globally. We are committed to advocating and contributing to the reduction of waste to Landfill which in turn keeps NZ’s land and environment cleaner and greener. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Said scraps steals not worth much even thow we had a deck load full only paid us for our aloy then refused to pay us until we came back with correct foot wear. So went back the next day and they gave us our money at the window didn't even cheak my shoes.
RIP offs and wasted my time ?

I organised them to pick up a load.
They never called me to confirm, so after 5 days I loaded the metal on my trailer to take away myself.
8 days later they turn up and only take a few items that where worth the most off my trailer that was all loaded and stroped. No communication that they where coming, I had given up on them.
Then when I go to there yard the staff where unpleasant. Ended up picking up what they took going somewhere else with my metal that had a much better price and staff where amazing.
