★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a couple of frustrating experiences with Aramex. Just wished they could follow thru with collecting and delivering goods. Aramex is the prefered courier via trademe.
When i booked my 2 x deliveries, the goods were not collected but the tracing thing says otherwise. I rang many times about this, There's no communication on there behalf. Can't speak to anyone. I've left messages with details to contact me and still nothing.
I've paid for theses deliveries and haven't recieved what I paid for. Pretty simple stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Tried to deliver” my parcel without even knocking on the front door. Then trying to get in contact with anyone at my local branch was beyond a joke.
Why have a number to call if it literally doesn’t go anywhere. Waited on hold for an hour just for it to hang up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couriers are hopeless, have to constantly ring and chase them up to pick up your package pretty much every single time. Book for mon and it gets picked up Wed or simply forgotten if you don't ring. When you ring can never get hold of anyone for ages, shoddy phoneline and they never call you back. Literally don't recommend at all, unfortunately basically no other options out there. And don't blame covid because you were hopeless before then as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst service I have ever had to experience. My parcel has been delayed for all week. I need it urgently for as it's pills in the parcel for medical reasons. However I have been trying to email, call many times everyday but I never got a response or solution for my parcel I need immediately. The status has been at "sorry we are late" all the time. Please contact me as soon as possible because I need the medicine.

Delivered to wrong address because courier couldn't find the client's address, when parcel should have been returned. No apology, no liability, no attempt to retrieve parcel, and no response. Hard for a business to trust Aramex again.

They intentionally do not allow you to directly contact them, clearly because they know their packages are not being delivered. 2 weeks since my package was picked up, and they still fail to deliver to an address which is within the same city, they just update the tracking daily to say "with courier" or "in depot" but do not actually do anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arranged for a parcel to be collected on Thursday, I waited in all day for the driver to collect it as it is an irreplaceable item.
By just after 5pm I tried to contact this company but it was after hours and the "voice" redirected me to the website or I could leave a message... Oh yeah? The message box is full, please try again later.
Several emails layer I was assured the parcel would be collected today.
I had to go out for an hour today and when I returned just afet 2pm the parcel had gone.
I checked the tracking again only to find the tracking says " not ready for collectt"
I still do not know now if the driver has collected the parcel or not as when I phoned the depot number the voice says it is outside working hours. At 3pm...
Is this a reliable company?
I now will have to wait until Monday to find out
I don't think it is worth the stress

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst courier company and really bad customer service.
Checked my parcel status one morning last week, said it's out for delivery. Checked again in the afternoon, said it's delivered, but no one had even showed up. I was home all day on that day, and I could see our driveway clearly out of my window.
Tried calling Fastway(Aramex), waited on the phone for about an hour, no one answered, just the recorded message repeating again and again.
So I sent a message through their website.
Luckily later that evening, I received a call from a nice stranger, who told me my parcel was delivered to his address and I could go pick it up.
Can't imagine if it was delivered someone who is not so nice, may have just kept the parcel for themselves.
Whoever delivered the parcel is definitely not doing their job properly and probably should be fired.
And about the message I sent to Aramex last week, I have just got a useless reply today (6 days later lol).
6 days would be a suitable time frame for email reply.
But for a company that doesn't even have a phone line that can be called? Waiting 6 days for a reply is just a joke.
The message basically tells me the status said it was delivered and asked if I have received the parcel now.
Well, of course I know the status says its delivered, that's why I have sent the message. Shouldn't you at least contact the courier driver and attempt to locate the parcel before asking me the question?
