★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager is probably the worst manager I've ever come across, I not a plumber or know what the item is called but I could explain it in detail what I needed. He just got annoyed with me and told me this is all we have and not even looking or trying to find something similar... So I said okay il look for it myself and he left me to do that... When I eventually found what I was looking for he got upset and ask me do I even know what that is then before I could answer him he took his cphone out and took a call and walked away...tall Indian guy ( the manager) is so rude and unprofessional. I hope this gets dealt with as I'm not the first person to see and come across this. all the other staff was really good and friendly.
