★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy a flexible hose, horrible customer service, she ask me to bring the old one, otherwise will not order it for me, felt she totally doesn’t want to do business with me, just to get me out of there, I went to Bunnings instead, only cost me $11 and nice smile and helpful shop staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible warranty policy. Reece does not handle warranty on their own. Purchase Methven at their suggestion. Found it leaking about 3 months later. Only way to get warranty is to call Reece, then get directed to Methven, then book a plumber to check it at your place and then may be get warranty fix. Other places sort this out with manufacturers themselves rather than passing thr buck to consumer.
Not recommended.
