★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there looking for a ceramic cartridge for my camper van tap, Matt from parts was the most helpful person you could ask for even tho could not match the part ,he found one that was a close enough match that with some parts swapping between old and new cartridge i had some to fix my leaking tap with out replacing it .So a big shout out for Matt and to his boss you have a man with a great thinking out side of the square attitude .Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I went in to get a replacement cartridge for our shower mixer and although we didn’t get the same one we got one that matched up with what we had thanks to the team that were working today.
The parts guy ( I think his name is John ) came at the problem like a spider monkey from different angles finding a solution the has worked a treat.
Also many thanks the the lady that offered us a drink and delightful conversation ?
