★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke down in Dunedin & was towed to this business. I absolutely do not recommend this business. No communication and when there was, it was lacking in knowledge and reassurance. Did not get more insight (required auto electrician) until I got the franchise head office to call them. Eventually had vehicle towed to another garage as I did not have the time to be messed about by Warwick....very unprofessional service.

We googled Midas and Warwick really helped us. He is so kind to recommwnd us to visit around, and also tell us what we be careful pn our cases. Nice people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy will milk you especially if you are a student or appear to be someone who does not know a lot about vehicles. Chargeed mee over $600 for re-surfacing rotors, brakes change and caliper fixed but went somewhere else and they said re-surfacing is only a $30 job and new brakes is only $100 usually. He's a nice guy but if you are a student, be careful. My cambelt replacement was over $1500 yet other places only charged me $800. I also notified the mechanic that, as a student, I only had $1000 that I was able to spend on my vehicle and yet when I went to go pick up my car, his receipt charge was over $1700.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here! They tried to quote me $500-1500 for work that ended up costing me $210 elsewhere. Half the work they tried to get me to agree to was completely unnecessary.
Furthermore the customer service from Daniel is shocking, I’ve never felt less welcome in a business. He talks down to you in the most condescending manner when you try to ask legitimate questions. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
