Emma was amazing! her knowledge of particularly the chch market with all its insurance quirks was so good, she managed to point us in the right direction to be able to get our property into a position to take to market - then if that wasn't enough, Emma managed the listing so efficiently, everything done in a timely manner - with a sale within a few days! - her knowledge of market values was spot on, no glossing anything up. would recommend Emma to anyone needing to sell

I had viewed this property online in Australia & was using my parents in Christchurch to deal with Peter & physically look at the property. A bit of a task in logistics. All my initial questions & emails were directed at Peter. He answered them in a timely & efficient manner. My parents also found him to be extremely pleasant & helpful in what can be quite a stressful time. I would fully recommend Peter.

Peter was a fantastic agent to deal with, very down to earth, easy going and professional. His local knowledge and long history in the industry was very appealing. I had a fast deadline I was working to to list my property and get in sold in just 3 weeks and Peter made the process quick and painless. I thought that selling our house in NZ while residing in the UK was going to be a nightmare. I couldn't have been more wrong, Peter and his team dealt with everything superbly, any anomalies that popped up were sorted, with no stress at our end. I felt Peter went over above call of duty to make sure the house was presented at its best, which I believe reflected in the great price he sold the property for, far exceeding our expectations. I have sold houses through other agents in the past, going forward as long as Peter is an agent I wont be selling through anyone else again. I highly recommend Peter, look no further!!
