We have just purchased this home 3 months prior during the height of the sellers' market and a sudden change in our circumstances had the home back on the market and sold within 2 weeks of the listing going live - and at a profit! They really worked hard with us to prepare the house for sale, getting their hands dirty, entertaining the kids and staging the house. They have really made an effort to connect with us and the potential buyers and made the entire sale and purchase process a breeze for both us as the vendors and the purchasers.
