★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Have ordered within the store during the day half a dozen times. Staff were friendly and burgers were consistently excellent though a tad expensive. I would definitely recommend for lunch here and there.

For a $20+ burger was the size of a $5 mcd burger

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Ordered my food online and when I went into the shop to pick it up they said there was no such order. I showed them my order and after looking at it for a bit they all started laughing. I asked them what the go is and they said they gave it to another customer so they had to ring that person. I was told I have to wait for him to return, in which they carried on laughing and offered no apology. Obviously by the time I got my food everything was cold and they also gave us the wrong sauces that were ordered and one of the burgers were asked to have no tomato but they put it in anyway,appalling stuff from the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tried twice and both times the order has taken ages when there seems to be multiple staff standing around. Again tonight. Tried online order and it was 15mins later than I had asked for. When I turned up they didn't even acknowledge that maybe it was a mix up and they would try to do it asap I was told it when be ready when there slip said it would which was 15 mins after the time I had requested. Food is nice but not worth the wait or price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good at all. App said I could book for 6pm, then 6.16pm. Finally st 6.48pm the burgers were ready. Buns were dry. Burgers only 'ok'. Nothing like they used to be. Won't go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online and collected. When opened when got home (15 min away) they had got the order wrong. Very basic beef burger I'm place or more expensive vegan burger. Phone was not answered the 5-6 times we called to discuss correcting the order. The message on the phone says 'we are too busy to answer the phone and do not leave a message as we will not be checking them'. This would leave a 30 min round trip plus a wait for them to make the correct burger in order to fix thier mistake. Complete waste of $16.90. Have had experiences of extremely poor value for money at other fanchises in this chain. Will not spend money with them, or thier Mexical store operating out of the same location, again.

Ordered online for a 7:02 pickup (30 minute wait) Had to wait in store until it was finally ready at 7:42. I wouldn’t mind waiting only if I was told how long it would be before I leave to collect. Everyone else in the store was in the same boat, All being told a 30 minute wait online but some waiting an extra hour +
All the delivereasy drivers seemed to turn up and get their order straight away, So if they have the timing correct for them I can only imagine that they are not advertising the massive wait time so people still keep placing orders.
Terrible management in regards to stock ordering, Out of many staple sides and sauces. Was substituted hash sticks for fries without even being told, only noticed when i got home. Won’t be returning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't recommend. Two visits and all of them 40 minute plus wait even when I had pre-ordered online. The young staff are doing their best but its not worth it for expensive burgers that are average at best. Have had much better Burger Wisconsin in town that don't seem to have the issues this store has which is attached to a Mexicali Fresh franchise. Interestingly have eaten the Mexicali Fresh as well and the order took 30 minutes which was my lunchtime gone.
