★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We as buyers have had a bitter experience with Grayson Furniss and pulled out of a multi offer situation due to his attitude. While he followed procedures and guidelines he was sneaky and not forthcoming with the process. All for the benefit of himself. He scoffed at our intial offer and once had this in hand rallied around to get other offers to make it a multi offer. At the time of signing the agreement he said there was interest but no other offers and would take this to the vendor. Not once mentioning anything about a multioffer. Very sneaky and unprofessional. We have been in a multi offer situation with another agency in the past and never felt like this. Would not recommend dealing with him, especially if you're a first home buyer and new to the game.
