★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a property from Team Campbell, I found some problems in final inspection and the vender said no problem. I asked the agent to write what she witnessed when she inspected the house with the vender later, but she declined. after I decided to settle, she wrote the confirmation but too late and did not help me. So I provided a real feedback to their service that I was not satisfied. Recently, I received the letter from council said the vendor owed the retrofit loan and asked me to pay back that should be noticed and disclosed in written before the selling and now agent declined to contact the vender if I do not remove my review. This is my true story and feeling about the agent and service.

Telos Group is not only a fantastic realtor, they are an excellent support system. We were overwhelmed to buy our beautiful house at such popular location with the help of Telos team considering that houses were flying off the market so quickly. They negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. It͏ has been an experience selling our first little home in this market and Team Campbell & Co absolutely rocked it for us!
Right from the get go we were given some decluttering and staging tips by Logan and Melanie to spruss up our teeny tiny house to help make it more appealing to a buyer.
When the photos came through of our house we were just blown away with how amazing the house looked. The marketing was awesome! The ad was well written and it exceeded many more views than other houses in the area by hundreds and even thousands.
Logan, Melanie and Sarah worked hard on selling our house, from doing small things like updating the ad weekly with a different photo as the main photo, to big things like doing open homes both days of the weekends and being available for potential buyers to look through the house on week days each week, and of course all of the paperwork in between.
Logan has an incredible expertise on Real Estate and with all his knowledge and advice we were confident we had the right team doing all the hard work that we would have never been able to do ourselves and just followed their lead and had amazing results follow.
We highly recommend Logan and his team and will definitely be going with them for future sales.

Friendly,͏ confident and extremely professional Logan told us he was confident in selling our house within 6 weeks and for the best price in the current market, and he was right. He supported us throughout and ensured we not only sold our home of 26 years but secured our new home as well.
Logan (and Mel and Sarah) were wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process, they kept us informed every step of the way and their marketing skills were second to none. The wonderful professional photos and the little extra personal touches for the open homes ensured buyers were attracted to our home and felt welcomed at the viewings.
I would not hesitate to recommend Logan and his team to anyone wanting the best result. I hope to not need him again but would ring him straight away if we ever did need an agent in the future.
