When they moved out, she ensured that the place was back to pristine condition both times. She is easy to contact, methodical in her approach and totally trust worthy. Should we require another PM in the future, we would definitely use her.

They have both looked after me so well and keep int ouch regularly to make sure everything is okay with the rental I am in. The professionalism, communication and genuine care for myself as a tenant is above and beyond what I have had before. Loved going into the new home with a bottle of wine as well!
