When one is to pay a hefty price, the product should be flawless, which was not the case with this pair of shoes. I suggested a discount, as it is customary with faulty items. The staff member turned up her nose and refused, thus missing out on a sale. I might get the item in another Mikko store. Remuera was such a disappointment..
