★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even know why I bother walking into this store. It is the worst customer service I have ever received. I shouldn't have to say it's due to my profile but it sure does feel like it. My partner and I had walked into the store, the retail assistant was standing at the entrance of the store and all he had done was scan my partner and I up and down and hadn't said a single word to us. However, everyone else that had walked in after us he managed to greet because they didn't look like us. No check in on how we are doing, no asking us if we needed a hand with sizes, no nothing. Just overall complete trash service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrating experience from this store! The staff on 11th June were just plain awful. No smiles, seemed to hate their jobs that's all normal but at least try to be helpful! They didn't even try to come up with a solution or an explanation with the stock, whether they will restock or whether the other stores have them. They also made me feel like I shouldn't even bother them with what they were doing and were almost running away from being approached for help. They clearly don't know what customer service means. Please learn how to communicate effectively!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were shopping for shoes around 2 weeks ago, asked about a particular type and size we found. The team member told us the Albany Branch had that particular size, we had a 40 minute drive to find out she had provided incorrect information. An online order was done from the Albany store only to be informed a week later they don't have the size in NZ and to go in-store to get a refund. It took a further 30 minutes to receive a refund because of poor systems. The only shining light was the two team members helping us to get a refund. It should not be this hard for paying customers in your stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super unsafe to buy products from this company. They are using the unreliable NZ Courier Post and made me wait for one month and just discovered the NZ Courier Post did not request my signature and they made (Contactless) on signature column. But, this Platypus Shoes has been charged me in advance before giving me the product.
Hopefully I could get back the refund from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um sorry but WARNING, whilst I was over the moon that my delivery came in 3 days...who ever thinks that they can pass these shoes as real adidas is a horrible person...my son's shoes are FAKE, horribley. At least try and clean the glue, line the stripes up properly and glue all parts properly in so it atleast looks set. Someone is trying to sell brought at the market shoes and flicking them for real ones. INVESTIGATE platypus!!!!
