About Milford Watch & Clock Centre
One of the many clocks we have in store. Milford Watch & Clock Centre is a family owned business run by husband and wife team Timothy and Christina Smith. Our goal is to provide a helpful, friendly service while recognising that although not all the watches we repair are of high monetary value they are often of great sentimental and personal value to our customers. We take care of things you care about.
Tim has been a Watchmaker for the past 30 years. He completed his Apprenticeship at Worrall's Jewellers in Auckland City, and attained his Trade Certificate in 1985. He has had a varied career working as an in-house watchmaker for major brands Seiko and Olympic, and also worked for an exclusive retailer in Queen St for a number of years. In 2004 Tim attended a Rolex course in Geneva, Switzerland.
Christina worked as a Branch manager for over 19 years with Pascoe's, a major NZ Jewellery and Watch retailer. She brings a vast amount of customer service and watch & jewellery sales and repair experience to the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in here to have a watch repaired. I essentially wanted my watch put together only, so it worked. Was told it wasn't even worth thier time. And they would also need to charge me 400 bucks for a service. My trip to your shop wasn't worth my time. Found another company willing to do the job without the need to upsell s crazy priced service to make money. Please note that not all your customers have the funds to cater for your apparent time and money. I simply wanted my watch repaired not to be ripped off because you value your time. Will never deal with this place and will be sure as a local to let people know this too.

Before I went to the store, Chris was swift to answer my email enquiry regarding costs, estimated time to finish the repairs, and when can I come in for a faster on the spot service. She sure was so on point with everything she said!
No hidden fees or attempts to upsell unnecessary add-ons, precise timing, meticulous service, and the loveliest of attitude as Chris accommodated my multiple bracelet resizing requests.
Truly amazing experience, thank you so much ladies, you just earned a new loyal customer :)
