Once again they did an amazing job and I absolutely love my rings! They still have the sentimental value but now have a new lease and suited to me now. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to have my engagement ring replaced. During the initial consult, they were super and really understood what it was I was looking for. My ring is beautiful and just as I had wanted it. They also offer an annual check and clean of the ring which is a great add on service. Highly recommend these guys and I totally trust them. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a signet ring to a High Street store for resizing. It was returned as unable to resize due to a "special finish". Jewellery Services were able to do the job. The ring looks fantastic at an incredibly good price, far less than I expected. Cannot speak too highly of my experience with them and wholeheartedly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my 20y/o weddings rings cut off to be resized and all joined together 10 months ago at the Auckland store. One of them has already split where they made the cut and pulling away from the other ring that it was attached to, it’s also splitting halfway up. Went in to talk to them about it, they were rude and dismissive. They didn’t want to resolve the problem, just kept putting the blame on me saying it was “everyday ware and tear”.

My wife and myself very happy with the work and highly recommend the service received and will not hesitate to have any other work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely thrilled with my 'new' rings. Have had a collection of old wedding bands and a broken signet ring sitting in a drawer for years. Finally got round to taking them to Jewellery Services and now have two lovely much thicker wedding bands and a fully wearable signet ring for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. The counter staff I dealt with (Soo and Freya) were both lovely, very professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Jewellery Services.
