★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of purchasing from Millers fashion online, firstly it is not a New Zealand site even though they pretend to be, all transaction, warehousing is through Australia.
We ordered 11 items in November 2021, it is now almost April 2022 and we have received a grand total of 2 items. For 2 months now we have been requesting a refund of the outstanding balance but these requests are ignored and all we get is automated messages saying they are working on it and have on two occasions claimed that our order has been successfully completed.
Millers fashion online claim to be a different entity to Millers Fashion stores but it must be remembered that they share branding, reputation etc, this group also includes Ezibuy. I am afraid they have lost these customers and extended family/friends. forever.
If it was possible to post a negative 5 star review these guys certainly deserve it
