★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst customer service you can have. I used an old prepaid sticker for big parcels on a small parcel. She was trying to say that there was not enough postage and wouldn’t give me my parcel back when it was not even scanned on the system. She really disgusted me with her attitude and the way she was trying to make it difficult. If you want to get “educated” and humiliated, it is the best place to go.

NZ post services are also available in store.
Large selection of stationary, gifts and book are available to buy in store.
The staff are really nice and helpful.
There can be a little wait for the NZ post services however the staff clear the queue efficiently.
Good experience overall.
