How and when do you dispatch your macarons?
Our macarons will be dispatched on Wednesdays using overnight courier. To guarantee their freshness on arrival, we send our macaron in an insulated Woolcool box. (re-usable and recyclable) Dispatch cut off is 3pm the day before.
How much does it cost to overnight courier your macarons?
Shipping prices based on 1 to 3 boxes are $8.5 for the North Island and $17 for the South Island. Prices will change for orders of 4 boxes and more.
Are your macarons Gluten Free?
Yes! all of our macarons are Gluten Free. However please be aware that our kitchen is not 100% Gluten Free which may affect those with severe allergies.
What are your macarons ingredients?
Below is a list of core ingredients, please contact us for any further or specific nutritional information.
Shells: ground almonds, sugar, egg whites, food colouring.
Ganaches: milk, white or dark chocolate, cream, butter, natural flavours.
Buttercreams: butter, sugar, cream, egg yolk, nuts.
Do your macarons contains nuts or dairy?
Yes, all macaron shells are made with ground almonds and some flavours also contain other nuts. All of our fillings contain dairy.
How long do your macarons last and how should i store them?
We recommend that you store your macarons in the fridge, in the box they came in or an airtight container, for fours days from when you receive them. This will ensure you enjoy them when their texture is at its best.
Can i freeze the macarons?
No, we freeze our macarons on the day they are baked as part of the process to ensure they keep their texture. For food safety reasons, food cannot be frozen twice.

Eggs Bene is his go-to dish and he said this is the best he's had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the highlights in New Plymouth, the macaron's are world famous, are even better than that, the coffee is always on point and simply amazing and the breakfast especially the eggs benedict are next level, it's our go to for Friday morning breakfast meetings.
You will not be disappointed

Loved the homemade crumpet I had and I would absolutely come back here again for brekkie when next in NP.

Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan options are all catered for, with so many choices to choose from! The salads are vibrant, healthy and make a perfect lunch on the go! I personally love their banana loaf (DF, GF) and their vegan crumpets! If you are looking for your local coffee shop, then this is the place to come... the coffee is always spot on!
