★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderfully well presented by friendly welcoming hostess. Everything provided and the house is well appointed streaming video services with free WiFi are welcome when chilling in the evening. I plan a return visit soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for a week+ (Oct. 31-Nov. 8) with friends from Auckland and loved it! The owner met us when we arrived and walked us through the house. She was terrific. It was spacious enough for our group of four.
It's a little more than halfway up Milton Road on a hill so it's a great walk to and from the central city. I got up to run every morning, down the hill, through town, and along the running/biking sidewalk between Marine Parade and the ocean.
Walking to the central business district is less than 5 minutes.
I slept on the twin bed in the front room. It was very comfortable! There is only one bathroom but it is newly remodeled and very nice. I want the shower stall in my bathroom at home. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were breakfast foods, snacks, and beer for us (Sorry, not a Marmite fan but I tried it!). Laundry room! Outdoor laundry rack! Portable laundry rack!
Milton House was fantastic and I wish I could have stayed longer.
