★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tools are ok but when they breakdown you may as well throw them away. Service is beyond poor it is disgraceful. I have been waiting for 12 weeks for my circ saw to be repaired for what we were told was a 5 minute job. Wont be buying again, back to Makita for me they have much better understanding of what it means to be in the trade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use Milwaukee's Outdoor power equipment in my Arborist business. Our hedge trimmer attachment for the comby system has failed for the second time (with less that 3 months usage).
The first one lasted a year and a half and then failed. Milwaukee wanted to charge me more for fixing than a new one so I bought a replacement. The replacement has failed well within warranty and they don't want to know. I also use Husqvarna and Stihl hedge trimmers that have been far more robust and actually fit for purpose. Milwaukee claim "nothing but heavy duty" maybe they should change their slogan to " nothing heavy duty"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tools are great, but I have 2x M18 12ah that won't fully charge. Went to the 'Experience Centre' (that's what they have on the wall of their reception) for what was a horrific customer service 'experience'.
If you aren't able to produce receipts on the spot they're not interested in talking to you after driving over an hour to get there. Even though each battery has a serial number and they can trace a sale that way...
Staff member not interested in trying to help, or offer any sort of solution.
Based on this I'd highly recommend buying Makita or DeWalt who are willing to help when things have gone wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service centre, people on the phone have no empathy or emotion. I called to check up on my tool that was sent for a service, weeks later no idea what’s happening with it no idea where the tool is, last agent said it may have been lost as it was sent to the wrong address, it’s a $1000 torque wrench which who knows who is enjoying now? Never will I ever recommend Milwaukee as a brand to anyone or go anywhere near them myself. Absolutely disappointed and moreover feel upset that no one even cares about it all.
