★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered light covers and they sent out the wrong ones. They proceeded to tell me they were the newer model ones (which were different to the old ones that were advertised and in the pictures). However, I purposely preferred them because they were the old ones and that’s what I was after. They refused to then pay for the carrier and/or organise for them to be carried back to be refunded. Have not heard from them since. 100% would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reply from owner not satisfactory - they have had the opportunity to deal directly with us and find a satisfactory solution but have chosen not to. The tow bar is not fit for purpose and under consumer guarantee law it must be. Vehicle cannot tow a 2.5T load as advertised and is not made of heavy duty steel. The fact it only had 6 mounting points makes it a danger to us and other road users.
Purchased a tow bar for a ute from them for the make and model vehicle we had. Was advertised as heavy duty steel and capable of towing 2500kg. When taken to a service garage to fit they advise "fitting kit incorrect, note only has 6 mounting points as opposed to 12 on a genuine tow bar.. Do not recommend using for towing heavy loads as tow bar is of lighter construction." On attempting to get the company to discuss this, they have not returned any emails or discuss by phone despite us supplying them with the order number which they advised they could not proceed without

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an MMI Carplay unit for my car and was given the wrong unit. The unit that I was given is different from what they have on their trademe listing. I installed it on my car and was done 100% correctly but found one of the connectors (A/C control connector) does not even fit my car and the unit would not go into the carplay interface. rang the seller to ask for a full refund but was turned away! Never again! My advise to anyone reading this, stay well clear.

They don't honour a warranty that is just 3 days past 1 year, and are not interested in helping, only selling a new item.
I would never recommend them.
I wouldn't give them any stars but i have to provide one to post this.
