★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met with Sara 10 days ago and immediately felt comfortable with the relaxed atmosphere. We had a collaborative discussion about what I wanted from my consultation and how Sara could assist me with the symptoms I had explained to her. Together we came up with a plan which wasn't too extreme for my lifestyle, but one which she believed would start me on a journey of 'amended' nutrition and hopefully better health. She wasn't wrong as I started seeing changes within 48 - 72hrs and I'm looking forward to a healthier future without major changes.
