★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kate Ellison from Mission Nutrition is great!
As a 58yr old woman with high BP & Cholesterol & wanting to be proactive & address these issues with diet & exercise, I spent a lot of time searching for a Registered Dietician that I thought would relate to my age & stage & be well qualified to help me on this mission. I came across Kate Ellison from Mission Nutrition & after sending her detailed info, had a ft meeting with her about 2 weeks ago. She was very professional, clearly very knowledgeable, & importantly for me I could relate very easily to Kate, who was very friendly but at the same time in the hour imparted very clear information to me to get me started in my journey. All extremely well explained during our meeting & then backed up with an in-depth email reiterating the info.
I am very pleased so far, I feel very confident I have found a Dietician that is well qualified & able to give me sound advice based on my specific issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kate made me feel comfortable and not in the least bit judged, which was very important to me as I was nervous about seeing a dietician for the first time. Had this experience been negative, I think it would have put me off coming back to any dietician in future - but luckily it was very positive!
Kate listened to me and took a holistic approach, making several practical recommendations that I'm implementing - and they are helping.
Kate has a lovely demeanour and put me at ease, and she definitely knows her stuff!
