★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop used to be the premiere gift shop for many years in Dunedin. The quality of customer service have declined considerably as they expanded. The merchandising is excellent and packaging well thought of. Presentation have always been their strong point. A nice place to browse and window shop. Price points are reasonable.

I went there to buy some gifts today, found something that seemed rather high priced but still bought three since I needed a gift for the family. Fifteen mins later I coincidentally saw the exact same item 40% cheaper at NewWorld, and it was not even on sale there. So I went back immediately to Acquisitions to return my item only to be told they cannot refund me but only give me a gift voucher, because there was nothing faulty with the items. I decided to decline the voucher since I prefer to buy all my future presents at a shop with better customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Aroma diffuser today,and it didn't work so I bought it back straight away, the manager and blonde girl are reasonably nice, but the dark curl hair young girl is awful, she is rude and mean, not only questioned me some weird questions like "did you read the instructions ? " "did you use the USB cable?"
also questioned my credit card like I was holding a fake one, also be mean to my 3 years old son.
Overall, I will not buy anything again from them,and hopefully they hire someone better, or her services skills will ruin the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service from some of the girls working today, I had to return/exchange a gift I bought as there was a slight chip in the ornament, I wasn’t too sure if I was going to be able to as it was pretty minor, but no questions were asked and I was able to exchange! I was also greeted with smiles, And the Lady serving me was amazing ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't impressed with attitude of the tall ginger haired girl, I was spending over $500 so asked for a discount she told me abruptly no if you don't buy it someone else will and walked away. I'm a business man myself, I couldn't believe how we were treated. If she hadn't walked away, we still may have gone ahead with purchase. Staff attitude is discussing.

I don't know whether he liked it or not.
I also bought melting candles from this shop, i loved it ( cinnamon, lemon, rest i can't remember).
Customer service was good., when buying Poo Lolly. That lady was awesome. Thank you.:).
Love and Light goes to this store for making me happy with the products i wanted in 2017.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very² unfriendly staff, I remember that I want to buy a bracelet. I test to wear it before I buy and to make sure it fit perfectly on my wrist.
One of the staff girl as I can remember is really rude to me and she say "You know that you not suppose to wear it before you buy it" the way she talk to me very rude and the expression her face very unfriendly.
I know is my fault because I wear it, I just wear to make sure it fit my wrist before I buy. But, at least she don't have to say in very rude voice and the expression face mad at me. As a customer, I find that really rude. I never ever want to shop and step in on this shop again and ever again.
