★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my wrist watch for a new battery. Got it back and saw on my warranty he tick I declined a pressure test, when I asked him about this and why he didn't ask me first. He responded with oh its $80 and no one takes it. You can't decide that for your clients and you should tell them that when you change the battery the watch won't be water resistant any more so we can make an informed decision. Also he broke the pin in my strap and didn't say anything and gave it back to me. As I walked away it fell apart. Terrible experience then he couldn't get it fixed so his mate put and new one in and grinded it down with the shoe grinder and 10min later the broke too. Broke an expensive watch stap and made it not water proof.......really regret going to these guys.
