โ โ โ โ โ This is located in the South City Shopping Centre. This is a department store where you get everything from home decor to kitchen appliances to clothing to craft items to toys. You could basically finish all your shopping here. The Warehouse offered more variety in chocolates and toiletries than other supermarkets in the city. The week's bargains are displayed near the entrance. It is a good idea to take your own bags for the purchased items as they charge for plastic bags.

โ โ โ โ โ It is getting bigger. They recently expanded and have a bigger toys area. Shame the pets area is so tiny. Anyway, not much else to go for at the South City Mall since there is no longer New World. You can get some good deals here. Recommend

โ โ โ โ โ The lack of stock here is a major letdown, especially in the footwear department.
I will however say that the staff are lovely and the store is always tidy but I would love to see them stock footwear in the same amounts as the Northlands Mall branch.

โ โ โ โ โ Spacious and well stocked store. Lots of things from food to clothes, toys to tv. Almost everything you can think of. The store will be closed in a couple months. Sad to see it go.

โ โ โ โ โ Customer Service staff - pretty sure she goes by the name of Debbie (just tryna remember) if not her name surely starts with the letter D, is an absolute unprofessional. Half of my camera films were faulty and she was basically telling me that its my fault that I don't know how to take pictures. As a customer, I was entitled to get a refund or replacement for the faulty product to which she obviously refused but I did get it ultimately, thanks to her manager to handle the situation with class. Please hire better people The Warehouse!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Cleaning and household was super well stocked when I went in today. Unfortunately there are only 5 trolleys for the whole shop so it is a BYO trolley situation if you're after more than a handful of things.
Thank you Jonathan for amazing and friendly customer service, you saved me an extra trip to my car which I really appreciate

โ โ โ โ โ A large store located inside South City shopping mall. It is a full warehouse, in the sense has got everything you would expect from groceries, stationary, clothes, gardening and all other usually stuff we shop for. But the downside is they did not have a self checkout.
