★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trainee that served us was good unfortunately there were not enough staff on. The manager berated her in front of us which was very bad form. Our order was half bagged when 2 Uber drivers came in, the staff member immediately stopped doing our order and did them. Our food was cold by time we got it and not even an apology when we complained

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the final straw for me. I won’t be going back. After spending literally an hour stuck in the drive through. The excuse I was given… they were short staffed. Too often have my orders been incorrect, the chips soggy, no spoons or napkins, or the orders lumped together in one bag so I have to sort out the kid’s meals when I used to simply give them a box each. Good luck trying to call and talk to someone about it, they pick up the phone and hang up! The staff are obviously doing their best but appear to be working in conditions that ultimately damage the brand. Whether it is cost cutting, poor pay rates or a workplace culture issue the end result is a poor customer experience. Again, I won’t be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive through lights still on 1015pm. Told at the speaker your shut due to understaffing Then have to wait a further 15 minutes in the drive through waiting for what? I was told no service but the cars in front were getting orders. Absolutely trash service. No one would come chat at the window. Appalling. Stuck for 15 minutes to get nothing. Sort it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in the drive through, got home and found no potato in the potato and gravy. Tried ringing twice and no answer. One hour later my daughter went to KFC Colombo Street too. Her order was missing the fries. She tried ringing and as usual no answer. She finally went back in and was told to wait in her car. A staff member appeared in the doorway expecting her to get out of the car and go collect them. No apologies! Also, I’ve noticed KFC haven’t replied to any of the reviews on here. Sloppy work KFC and staff need training in customer service. We won’t be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just wanted to say how disgusting the service and food I received was, waited about 15 minutes in the drive through line to be told they aren’t serving burgers maybe a sign would be helpful? We then proceeded to order something else, my tenders tasted like they had been in the warmer for about 3 days. Disgustingly chewy and just no flavour, including the chips to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Colombo Street store and had really amazing communication at the drive through. We ordered a ‘meal for two special’ which really didn’t suit our wants…….after several questions the lady (Julie) suggested a better meal deal with what we wanted and it was cheaper. Thank you Julie for thinking of the customer and not the financial gain. We will be back. THANK YOU Julie, you deserve employee of the month?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse customer service ever experienced at this store tonight, waiting patiently in the drive through line for over 30 minutes before even getting to the speaker. Then waited another 15 minutes to even be spoken to. Went to order the wicked fix to be told that they have no wicked wings. When asked if we could swap for another other chicken items to be told “we don’t do that” we were willing to pay extra but then after disappearing for a couple minutes to then be told “oh we don’t actually have enough chicken for that” so we then looked into other options where no chicken was involved and then said our order to be ignored for another 5 minutes.so we ended up just leaving, absolutely appalling will not be heading back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was hoping for a good experience as it is the highest rated kfc (still low)
However I waited approx 5 minutes simply to pickup an online order that was already made 10 minutes prior to my arrival and paid for. This wait when no other customer was in store, they don’t have a drive through and 3 staff members were walking around slowly cleaning. To add to the disappointment the burger was soggy with far too much sauce and there was the least amount of chips I have ever received when getting a takeaway order. Save yourself the time and disappointment and go to empire chicken or somewhere that isn’t run by muppets and tastes terrible.
