★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome store!! Staffs are really knowledgeable. They can help you with any of your queries. Each section has a assigned expert. This store is something special they have a drive through shopping which was really exciting. As usual quality of the product is really good. Because they have the branded products. Good for all your house needs. Strongly recommended for the Hamilton East, Hill crest and Fairview people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve placed an order for this store and realised as it’s a wrong store where I was not supposed to.
Later on I asked them for cancellation and also for refund but they asked me to visit the store as per their policy. I been there, completed my refund process with some guy and later on came to know that the process followed by him was not correct hence, the refund wasn’t generated. Where I was bit frustrated but…..
Then, I contacted customer care and the great experience I had honestly. People named Scott, Abigail and Shalagh sorted the scenario very well. The prompt and best customer service I’ve ever had in New Zealand. Real quick and reliable customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in looking for a gift for my mum and the ladies in the garden centre filled a pot i bought wiv potting mix an added the snap dragon plants i bought, they were so helpful. I also bought a square hook for my hanging flower basket.
A really cool place to find cool things.

I do feel this branch choose the people they'd help based on the skin colour.... If you know what I mean.
