★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Self check out and main check outs closed. So waiting at the returns counters and no friendly greeting.
No cable conduit or clothes dryer wall brackets in stock. Low or no stock been an issue even before the pandemic.
The chap in the paint section is always friendly and super helpful.
Staff in the bathroom section are always sitting around and seem very reluctant to get up and help customers.
It's okay you can get what you need at the Auckland Bunnings branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi just want to thank the two guys who delivered building materials decking to our family farm at 2945 Russell rd near Oakura on the 1st of june they arrived it was wet these guys helped me unload and stack the timber and cement just so grateful for their help as i was carrying a back injury and there’s no way I could have done the job by myself so thank you so much again much appreciated cheers pete and dawn

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good all round warehouse with a big stock of all sorts and sizes equipment, building materials for serious business or just some small projects. They have beautiful selection of tools and hardware to those from. Their staff members are friendly and professional and willing you to provide information about their products. Good advice is always helpful. They have a great parking area to. I really recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to nose around in and do some shopping. Always pleasant and they allow doggies into the building as well. Recommend to public.
However, 2 months on. No staff to help you. No one on the floor!! Ask a young staff member, could not give a decent reply, was not familiar with the shop. Spent a long time, in the smothering airless building, wandering aimlessly around and still could not find what we wanted!! Dogs panting, and headaches were imminent. For god's sake turn the rowdy metal music down. Cannot think or even hear each other!! Masks do not improve the verbal side of it. Worst experience shopping in a long time.

Try harder Bunnings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always helpful, always friendly, and they let dogs in. How cool is that? Its a bit like a dog park in there. My doge gets excited when we make the turn into the parking area. Good nursery also.
