★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a expat Kiwi living in Mexico. No banks want to loan directly with anyone living outside of NZ. This is the same with most mortgage brokers. I was very happy to find Moa Money who filled this specific need. I got an excellent 5 year fixed rate of 2.99%. Excellent outcome and Asher is very easy to work with. TIP: If you're applying from overseas, give yourself 4 months for settlement. It's a longer process.

From the start, Asher said this is doable and he will navigate us every step of the way. We were provided clear and direct communication on what our responsibilities were (i.e. gathering documents, acquiring a solicitor etc.) and made the process easy to understand and exciting.
