★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went early in the morning for ice. The freezer was jammed which contained the ice I needed. The attendant did not acknowledge me when I went into the store. They di not offer any help when I explained the problem. I gave an two stars as i appreciated that the store was well kept and looked nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mobil highland park - Bad customer service experience with staff at highland park. Paid for coffee and car wash top price to include vacuum. Staff said go and do your wash I will prepare for you later coffee.
When I came up to pick u coffee was tepid to cold and tasted awful.
Worst coffee ever! Asked for another as it was awful he said this is not our fault.
I told Ho was cold and tasted awful and service person send me off to do the car before I got my coffee.
Asked for a refund as he was rude to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another good mobil with large forecourt area. Good service and the coffee was very good premises clean and tidy reasonable range of stock. Fuel price was good on the day and below competitors price in same area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experiences. I tried to redeem the free coffee voucher but the counter told me that I have to swipe my Mobile card to get it, then I found it took my 500 points but the voucher is still there. A dirty liar! I had complained to the company but no reply at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ asked for a card signature to match a card i have never signed for as it is a company vehicle! Really? After how many years? First mobile to do so even after explaining my situation. Also after parking to gas up i walked towards the night pay area to which the attendant quickly dipped out the back to for a good couple minutes while i stood waiting in the rain. Fantastic service 10/10 would never go back to this mobile.
