★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned to order a coffee yesterday on my way back from Bucklands beach. Was told in a rude manner by Dinah? ( Asian ) that they don’t take phone orders. She also stated that no BP station is taking phone orders, which is not true because I pick up my coffee before 6 o’clock in the morning from Bp at Botany Junction. For whatever reason I can’t use the app on my BP card otherwise I will use that. Not only missed out on coffee but also a full tank of gas. Real nasty attitude. You would think people will look after their customers especially during this time,obviously she don’t care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went their for fuel and some pies , but I forgot my mask and when i ask the lady for mask she says she going to charge me $5 for a mask. I just want to know is it true that you people are selling mask for $5 each if someone come their as your customer? As far i know masks are free for customers if needed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google Maps claims BP Chapel Rd’s closing time is 10pm. I arrived at 9.50pm expecting to be able to buy a bottle of milk, only to be informed by staff that they were closed.
If you own/manage this business either update your hours of operation, or you’ve got a problem with your staff trying to close your store early.
