★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I have gone back to Mobil Havelock North much to my dislike of this service centre and again the customer service is very rude and not what you should expect from a Mobil service centre. So once again I went back to this service centre to see if things had changed, you guessed it very much the same as before very very rude customer service is just not there. Mobil this service centre needs some retraining on customer service. The customer service is not becoming to the Mobil image. From know on I will be going up the road to the "Z" service centre where the customer service is very professional and polite. THANKS "Z"
