★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff on this time( 29/07/2021) 18.54, was not good at customer care. She was looking in such a rude manner while i was walking to the toilet after filling petrol with my debit card. As a customer people can use toilet at any time. I am a Mobil customer for 2.5 years. I never come back to this petrol station again. These type staffs making bad effect on such a good company. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting service. Started yelling as me when I entered the door without a mask. I have a medical exemption. She didn’t even know what a exemption was !!! We’ve been in a pandemic for 2 years how the hell can you not know ! Random people had to stand up for me. How embarrassing. Would never go back .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the 3rd time I have gone to get petrol and am told it is prepay. When I go inside and say there is no sign to specify that, they say it is at their discretion as to whether customer looks trustworthy or not.
I am a late 50's Dominion Rd business owner who fulls here every week. It is entirely dependent on the staff member, while I was here over a dozen other customers filled up without having to prepay. Will not be returning for this rubbish customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car wash is just useless (touchfree). Paid $18 for it and it didn't even remove the watermarks ? let alone the dirt. Will never go for a touchfree carwash again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E: After submitting to their feedback portal, support came back to me quickly, was very nice and sorted it out.
Your carwash is s**t, my car is still dirty. In fact it isn't any cleaner than it was before. When complaining, all I got was an excuse that "it's brushless". Waste of time and money.
P.S.: I'm not out of order. You're out of order.
